Ingredients:
1 cup soaked chana dal
1 bunch chopped spinach leaves
1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves
½ cup dill leaves
¼ cup chopped beans
1 small brinjal, roughly chopped
1 turnip, roughly chopped
2 colocasia, roughly chopped
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt (divided: 1 tsp for pressure cooking and 1 tsp with the tomatoes)
2 tablespoons ghee
¼ teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
⅓ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
2 teaspoons coriander powder
Extra ghee and finely chopped garlic for the final tadka
