This hiit pilates with ankle weights is a combination of hiit fat burning intervals and classic pilates exercises with ankle and wrist weights. We are doing 60 sec work / 30 sec rest intervals today. I'm using both today - ankle weights and wrist weights. I'm pretty sure my weights 2 lb each. You can also use regular dumbbells as well or do this workout without weights.
This pilates and hiit combination is an amazing workout to promote faster weight loss, while keeping your body, lean, strong and toned! Challenging and fun combination is a great addition to your daily workout routine to achieve your health goals! Follow along and enjoy the sweat! ❤️
