Welcome to Day 18 of my 21 Day Fitness Challenge
Today’s workout is a low impact 20 minute full body workout designed for all abilities, perfect if you want to move your body, protect your joints and still feel strong and energised.
This session is ideal for beginners, busy mums, anyone easing back into fitness, or those wanting a chilled-l vibes workout that still works every muscle.
Workout Structure
• 20 minutes
• 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest
• 10 moves
• Repeated twice
• Second round = added spice!
• Low impact & joint friendly
• Suitable for all fitness levels
Expect smooth, controlled movements with no jumping, gentle on the joints but effective for building strength, stamina, and confidence.
