DAY 20– ABS & ARMS WORKOUT
Welcome to Day 20 of our 21 Day Fitness Challenge! Today’s session is a 20 minute abs and arms workout designed to help you strengthen, tone and sculpt your core and upper body all from the comfort of home.
This workout uses a 45 seconds work / 15 seconds rest format, completed over 2 rounds, with a 1 minute rest between rounds. It’s suitable for all abilities and modifications are offered throughout, so whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you can train safely and confidently.

• Rest: 1 minute between rounds
