It's literally made to please. With Bourbon, Amaro, vanilla vibes, and fresh juices,
you just can't resist the Permanent Holiday Cocktail! Plus you it fits every season and
every holiday! What's better than that? Pull up a seat at my home bar and I'll teach
you how to make the" Permanent Holiday Cocktail!" Seriously good!

"Permanent Holiday Cocktail" | Ingredients
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz. (30 ml) Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Licor 43
1 oz. (30 ml) Averna Amaro
1 oz. (30 ml) Bourbon
2-3 Drops Vanilla extract
Garnish: Umbrella with a Cherry, Stuck Into a Pineapple Wedge.
Or an Umbrella and a grapefruit peel swath.

Trey Jenkins created this cocktail while he was working at Isla in Austin Texas.
Trey left the bar in 2015 and the Isla Bar Closed in 2017.
