New Year's Eve Cocktail With Rum: SILVER DAISY

look no further than the Silver Daisy. It's an easy to make recipe and it's
just different from your traditional New Year's Eve cocktail.

with me and I'll show you how to make this New Years Eve Cocktail recipe.
*I doubled the recipe in the video for Greg and I. Recipe below is for one cocktail!

"Silver Daisy" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) 2:1 Simple Syrup
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Orange Curacao
1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Lightly Aged Rum
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz. (60 ml) Chilled Dry Sparkling Wine
The recipe card at the end of today's video says 4 dashes of ango bitters.
But for one cocktail it really should be 2 dashes.

Recipe Source:
I have no idea where I found this recipe. Of course I used a rum that
I already have and I subbed dry white wine for Ruffino Prosecco.

Next week I may just take a break!
