In this series, I've been mixing up some cocktails that really invoke winter to me. Today's heroes are Mezcal, Averna Amaro, and Rye. They make me feel like cuddling up with a good book and sipping this one by the fire (or pool!) You won't want to miss this one, I promise It's crazy, crazy good! "Going Out West" | Cocktail Ingredients
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Averna Amaro
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Mezcal
1 oz. (30 ml) Rye
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel Expressed and Dropped In The Cocktail.
