We’re building on our foundational DNS work with gentle but powerful challenges that deepen your connection between breath, stability, and movement.
This practice refines how the abdominal wall, rib cage, and shoulder girdle work together to create 360° support and fluid, integrated motion — even under new demands.
What you’ll practice:
1. 360° Breath & Expansion – Using mindful breathing to open through the front, sides, and back of the rib cage while maintaining gentle abdominal support.
2. Overhead Reach with Neck Integration – Coordinating shoulder and neck movement (“turtling”) to prevent tension and maintain length through the spine.
3. Hip & Hamstring Connection – Exploring leg extensions from supported positions to enhance posterior chain awareness and stability.
4. Core-Driven Quadruped with Ball Support – Learning to engage the core and shoulder girdle together for integrated upper-body strength.
5. Squat Loading Challenge – Shifting weight from hips to feet to increase lower-body engagement, ankle mobility, and functional core activation.
These progressions emphasize coordination over intensity, helping you move with more ease, breath, and stability in daily life.
