Welcome to Day 2 of the 7-Day Morning Yoga for Beginners Series — a gentle, full-body flow to awaken your muscles and build steady strength through mindful movement.
This short morning yoga sequence includes Cat-Cow, Bird Dog, Downward Dog, a brief Plank, gentle Cobra, and Child’s Pose to stretch and strengthen your spine, shoulders, and core. Between movements, we’ll take time to release the wrists and reset the body — perfect for beginners or anyone easing into their day.
