Sang Ji Yi, originaire de Corée du Sud est venue à l'institut Le Cordon Bleu Paris pour se former aux techniques culinaires avant d'ouvrir son restaurant. Actuellement en stage dans le restaurant 1* Le Violon d'Ingres, à deux pas de la Tour Eiffel, elle nous raconte son parcours.

Sang Ji Yi, originally from South Korea, came to Le Cordon Bleu Paris to train in culinary techniques before opening her own restaurant. Currently undergoing an internship at the 1-Michelin star restaurant Le Violon d'Ingres, just a step from the Eiffel Tower, she shares her journey with us.
