This fat-burning kickboxing workout is fully standing and requires no equipment. Modifications are provided to make this weight loss workout appropriate for all fitness levels. Cardio high-intensity kickboxing has so many benefits, so I am so excited that you are joining cardio kickboxing with the fitness mission!
