1- Tasks should arise from the discussion and exchange of opinions in the treatment session.
2- The underlying logic of the assignment must be told to the patient.
3- Do the assignment in the treatment session.
4- Start with small steps.
5- Try to make the assignment objective and precise (who, where, how, etc.)
6- Anticipate possible obstacles.
7- If necessary, write the instructions on a piece of paper.
8- Every session, review the assignment of the previous session.
9- In case of not doing the task, evaluate the reasons.
10- Check the history of non-compliance with treatment methods
1- تكاليف بايد برخاسته از بحث و تبادل نظر جلسه درمان باشند.
2- منطق زيربنايي تكليف بايد به بيمار گفته شود.
3- در جلسه درمان، تكليف را انجام بدهيد.
4- از گام هاي كوچك شروع كنيد.
5-سعی کنید که تكليف عيني و دقيق باشد( كي، كجا، چگونه و . . . )
6- موانع احتمالی را پيش بيني كنيد.
7- اگر لازم است روي يك كاغذ، دستورالعمل را بنويسيد.
8-هر جلسه، تكليف #جلسه قبل را بررسي كنيد.
9- در صورت انجام ندادن تکلیف علل آنرا ارزیابی کنید.
10- سابقه عدم همراهی از شيوه هاي درماني را بررسی کنید
