食材/Ingredients:
粉藕 400g lotus root
干羊肚菌 5朵 five dried morel mushrooms
生腰果 60g raw cashews
红枣2-4个 two to four jujube
当归 5g angelica root
党参 10g Codonopsis root
古法酱油 1小勺 1 tsp soy sauce
岩盐 1小勺 1 tsp rock salt
