PROJECT STEPS
1. You are the owner of a travel agency, Bucket List Travel. You have created a presentation for customers to showcase vacation options in Tuscany.
Start by adding a hyperlink to the picture on the title slide that goes to Slide 6 ("Contact Us!").
2. On the title slide, insert the audio clip file Support_PPT365_EOM7-2_Music.mp3. Position the audio clip in the bottom right hand corner of the slide. Trim the audio clip so that it stops at 02:00.00. Change the audio clip Start option to Automatically. Rewind the audio clip after playing. Loop the audio clip until stopped. Change the audio Volume to Low. Hide the audio clip object during the slide show.
3. On Slide 3 ("Tuscany Tour Styles"), promote the text "Cooking" so that it appears as a box below Food & Wine. Add a new shape at the end of the SmartArt called "Sightseeing".
4. With Slide 3 still displaying, insert the picture file Support_PPT365_EOM7-2_Vineyards.jpg into the first shape to the left of "Food & Wine". Insert the picture file Support_PPT365_EOM7-2_Cooking.jpg into the second shape to the right of "Cooking". Insert the picture file Support_PPT365_EOM7-2_Florence.jpg into the third shape to the left of "Sightseeing" as seen in Figure 1.

5. On Slide 4 ("Inclusions for each Tour Style") convert the bullets to SmartArt using the Vertical Bullet List SmartArt layout. Change the color of the SmartArt Colorful – Accent Colors. Move the "7 nights Accommodation" shape up so that it is the first shape.
6. With Slide 4 still displaying, add a new shape to appear at the end and enter the text Transportation. Resize the SmartArt so that it is exactly 4" in height and 10" in width. Apply the Polished SmartArt Style to the SmartArt.
7. On Slide 5 ("Discover the Beauty of Tuscany"), insert the video file Support_PPT365_EOM7-2_Tuscany.mp4 without using a content placeholder. Resize the video proportionally so that its Height is 4.3" and position it in the middle of the slide. Trim the video so that it stops at 00:11. Start the video when it is clicked on. Change the Audio Volume to Mute. Select the option to play the video full screen. Use the Smart Guides to position the video as shown in Figure 2. Save the presentation.

In Slide Sorter view, your presentation should look like the Final Figure on the following page. Save your changes, close the presentation, and exit PowerPoint. Follow the directions on the website to submit your completed project.
