Take a gentle Nia dance break — a grounding, somatic movement experience to calm the nervous system and reconnect with your body.
This short, meditative practice supports relaxation, presence and self-connection.
Take a short movement break with me in my Brisbane backyard studio, dancing gently to Holy Holy Holy by Karen Drucker — from the Nia routine Selfless by Casey Bernstein 🌿
Like a moving meditation from your feet to your fingertips, this practice invites you to feel, breathe, and soften into your body. Gentle Nia is ideal for beginners, sensitive bodies, or anyone returning to movement — it’s about tuning in, listening deeply, and moving in ways that feel good for YOU.
In this song, we consciously explore the healing power of touch — bringing awareness, loving kindness and presence to our own body.
✨ Nia somatic movement supports:
• body–brain fitness
• flexibility, mobility and balance
• mood enhancement and stress release
• embodied joy and self-connection
🎵 SONG: Holy Holy Holy

💛 About Me
I’m Sophie Marsh, a Nia First Degree Black Belt teacher and Nia International Faculty Trainer, based in Brisbane, Australia.
With over 25 years’ experience in mind–body practices, I’m passionate about supporting women — especially in midlife and beyond — to reconnect with their bodies through gentle, joyful movement.
As I dance towards 60, I’m deeply grateful to share Nia as a sustainable self-care practice for healthy ageing and vibrant wellbeing. I offer online and in-person classes, workshops, retreats, and Nia’s Art of Sensation (White Belt) and Art of Communication (Blue Belt) trainings.
