2 No premium view at 5th floor (for 2 Adults, 1 Child)
12 Executive view room (for 2 Adults, 1 Child)
3 Family View (for 4 Adults, 2 Children)

6 Family Non-View (for 4 Adults, 2 Children)
2 Family Junior Non-View (for 3 Adults, 1 Child)
3 Executive non view (for 2 Adults, 1 Child)


Room rate is totally dynamic depending on Season type and Occupancy rate. But I am here giving an Idea:

Off Season to On Season rates without GST
Premium view: (7,000 to 10,000)
Executive view: (5000 to 7000)
Family View: (8000-12000)

Executive non view (3500-5500)
Family Junior non view ( 4500-6500)
Family non view (5000-7500)

All rooms feature modern comforts like Room heater, including Wi-Fi connectivity, a Smart TV, a Mini fridge, an Electric kettle, a Hair dryer, Towels, Toiletries, Disposable slippers and Dental kits. etc
• We have limited extra bed (roll on). Based on the availability we provide with charge around 1200 +GST
• We don’t charge for children who is sharing bed with his/her parents.
• We don’t allow Pets
• We don’t have any own car park.
• For luggage to be carried from Kaventer’s Taxi stand we provide our Bell Boy to carry the same.
• For older people’s easy movement, we have wheelchairs.
