I debated for a while about whether or not to post this recipe, because while its main ingredient is one of the most quintessentially Italian of ingredients -- macaroni -- it is not technically an Italian dish. But neither is it really Chinese.
And so, in the end, I decided to share it for the simple reason that this dish is absolutely delicious.
I know it sounds weird to but the first time i tasted it, it was at my Uncle place.. I was like what 'Macaroni Frire' but surprisingly it was completely divine, you have to trust me on this. A MUST TRY RECIPE...
