Listen in on Paddle Monster Head Coach Larry Cain from his Monday, November 22nd discussion where he answers questions about the 2021-22 Northern Hemisphere Off-Season Training Program and the 2022 training year in general.
Learn the rationale behind the periodization of the program and the workouts that you'll be doing throughout the first training block running through to the start of New Year. Larry will explain the objectives of the various workouts and how everything should fit together with regards to the development of fitness, strength, and technique for both those able to paddle during the winter months and those from more northern climates who are not.
NOTE: For all warm-climate year-round paddlers, this discussion is for you too as all good paddle training programs include periodization and off-water training!
