FULL DAY OF EATING + gym and baked (pr)oatmeal 🍰 recipe vlog

Let's just pretend that this isn't almost 2 months old, ok? I am not apologizing, I am just saying - I've got major news and 2 vlogs ready to go, updating you on everything! Meanwhile, have a booty sesh and protein baked oatmeal on me: You're welcome 😊
🍑 My ham & glute focused gym session:
15 min incline treadmill walk
3 x 20 banded bodyweight squats
3 x 20 banded side-to-side steps
5 x 12 sumo back squats
4 x 12 stiff leg deadlifts
4 x 15 seated hip abductor
Superset:
3 x 10 ham curl
3x 10 split squat
🍰 My ORIGINAL 10/10 baked oatmeal recipe:
Preheat oven to 180°c (350°f)
🔳 Grease a 20x20cm or 9x9" glass/silicone mold
🥣 Mash two very ripe bananas
Stir in 2 large tbs nutbutter of preference
1 large egg (or chia/flax egg)
180ml milk of preference (3/4cup)
2-3 tbs honey, liquid sweetener or mashed banana
+ Vanilla to taste (liquid or seeds of half a pod)
🥣 Mix well before adding 3,7dl quick oats (1,5 cup)
+ 1 ts baking powder
+ 1 ts cinnamon
+ 0.5-1 ts salt
pinch nutmeg (optional, to taste)
pinch cardamom (optional, to taste)
💭 Optional choc chips, raisins, nuts etc...
🥣 Mix well
Pour into mould and shake to spread
⏲ Bake 25-35 minutes (golden edges, to taste)
Let cool 5 min. Cut into 6-8 squares. Eat warm (reheat in the oven or micro) Let cool completely on the counter before storing in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
🥞 Serve with yogurt/kefir and berries, or eat as is for a quick meal on the go
💪🏻 PROTEIN version:
Reduce liquid sweetener if using sweet protein powder.
Use one or two scoops of protein powder in place of oats as described in video.
Add minimum 100ml extra milk (or water) but check consistency as described in video.
Pay attention to cooking time and reduce if needed!
⚠️ I am working on improving this version! I am.not happy with the texture yet, I will report back when I have an improved version!
