This being by far my most popular video, I am considering recreating it; The meals and the run, and add what I've learned about myself, running, and eating disorder recovery in the 3 years since. Would you want to see that? Let me know down below!
What do I eat in a day? Today I take you along on an average long run day in the life, half marathon training edition! I hope you enjoy seeing exactly what I eat to fuel my training and to recover well + supplements.
Obviously I have NOT included macros and kcal because that is useless information to anyone other than myself, besides, I am a runner so I have more important things to calculate 💁 I have however chosen to include some additional pieces of my day, as you guys seem to like it when I post "day in the life" vlogs.
