This 40-minute full body Pilates class uses a resistance band to build strength, improve mobility, and support controlled, mindful movement — all from the comfort of your home.
This class is suitable for all levels, with clear cueing and options throughout so you can move at a pace that feels right for your body.
In this session you can expect:

You’ll need a light to medium resistance band. If you’re new to bands, start lighter and focus on control rather than tension.
