Описание: This beginner-friendly Pilates class uses light hand weights to help build strength, improve posture, and support controlled movement — without losing the flow and mindfulness of Pilates. Intermediate options are included so you can progress at your own pace.

This class is ideal if you want to:

• Build strength without heavy weights
• Improve posture and upper-body control
• Add variety to your Pilates routine
• Feel energised rather than exhausted
• Progress safely from beginner to intermediate

You can use light dumbbells (0.5–1.5kg) or even water bottles if you don’t have weights at home.
