Описание:
This is third movement of Boëllmann's "Suite Gothique", composed in 1895, the gorgeous Prayer to Our Lady. The score calls only for Recit Strings and a Flute or Bourdon on the Grande Orgue; the performer has taken a little bit of a liberty by also using a Flute on the Positif Expressif towards the end of the piece.
This was recorded on a Johannus Live III AGO organ, using the sample of the Cavaillé-Coll organ in Église Notre-Dame d'Auteuil, Paris. The sample sets can be heard from four positions: console, front of the church, centre of the church, rear of the church, allowing the most generous recording of the acoustic.
