🌿 DAY 5 PRACTICE FLOW (SEATED)
Sit on a chair without a back, or sit away from the backrest so your spine is free to move.
When the spine moves, Qi can circulate up and down more easily — supporting the nervous system and restoring vitality.

(Reverse Row Boat)

Gently nourishes Kidney energy
Soothes fatigue patterns
🔹 Forward Row Boat
Restores forward flow
Coordinates breath, spine, and arms
Helps build smooth energetic momentum
