Do you experience dizziness, blurry vision, or a pulsing headache that won’t go away?
Are you sensitive to light and just need something gentle — not intense movement?
Today’s 12 Treasures Qigong practice is fully seated and calming. We move softly so the nervous system feels safe, while guiding Qi smoothly between the head and lower body.
Sometimes when Qi rushes upward, we feel pressure, pulsing, visual disturbance, or fogginess. Instead of fighting it, we gently rebalance it.
Self-care begins with slowing down.
🌿 Today’s Seated Practice
• Self-Patting (extra gentle around neck & shoulders)
• Self-Tracing Qigong
• Reverse Row Boat (Knead the Dough)
• Forward Row Boat
• Intro to Seated Big Guy Qigong
→ Lift sternum, lengthen neck and torso to guide Qi upward smoothly
• Intro to Seated Embrace the World Qigong
→ Bring hands to lower dan tian to ground and settle Qi
We lift.
We lengthen.
Then we ground.
Upper + Lower balance.
🌿 Why Seated?
When experiencing dizziness or light sensitivity, standing may feel unstable. Seated practice allows the spine to lengthen safely while the breath regulates and calms the nervous system.
Move slowly.
Keep breathing through the nose.
Stop if symptoms worsen.
