With the help of WSIB Settlements, as part of his membership, the member brought the matter to the attention of the Case Manager, Return to Work Specialist, their supervisor, the Director, the Vice President of Claims Management, the COO and the President of the WSIB Jeff Lang, all of whom failed to respond or acknowledge the issue. The matter is currently with the Chair, Grant Walsh.

Joe discusses Section 149 of the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act that governs how the WSIB deals with individuals who willingly make false statements or misleading statements concerning their claim.
