MONEY That Should go to Injured Workers, Used to Feed the Unscrupulous, GREEDY WSIB Leadership!
In this video, Joe continues to expose WSIB leadership for their hypocrisy of denying frontline workers the support they need to properly assess each claim by injured workers and render fair and just decisions. They deny additional training, they deny that caseloads are dangerously high, and they deny frontliners wage increases at par with inflation, while WSIB leadership increase management salaries at record levels. Fiscal responsibility doesn't apply to them. It is used as a tool to deny injured workers' claims.
For three decades, Joe helped individuals injured at work or who contracted an occupational disease in Ontario, Canada, while building the largest paralegal firm in Ontario, with a highly experienced team of paralegals and other support staff to service over 10,000 clients across the province.
Joe, who was injured himself, is well-known within the highest levels of the WSIB hierarchy. He was both hated and respected for his extensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and his tenacity in arguing for his clients' rights, securing hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements.
In his weekly video podcast, Joe delves deeply into WSIB legislation, reviews and analyzes key Tribunal decisions, and interviews fellow injured workers.
