While WSIB leadership sits back rather than coming to the table to negotiate a deal in good faith that would put frontliners back to work, the lives of injured workers and their families hang in the balance. As an injured worker myself, I can appreciate the angst, anger, and frustration that injured workers feel as they sit patiently, hoping for something to happen that will bring them a sense of normalcy in their lives. Unlike most injured workers, having been involved in advocating for injured workers for many years, I have a unique perspective on why frontline workers are sticking to their reasons for initiating the strike. Things are always as they seem. While WSIB leadership points the finger at the union for disrupting their merry little existence and feeding from their bottomless trough, I for one don't buy it! In time, I believe the majority of injured workers will see past their charade and see the truth for what it is!

For three decades, Joe helped individuals injured at work or who contracted an occupational disease in Ontario, Canada, while building the largest paralegal firm in Ontario, with a highly experienced team of paralegals and other support staff to service over 10,000 clients across the province.

Joe, who was injured himself, is well-known within the highest levels of the WSIB hierarchy. He was hated and respected for his extensive knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and tenacity when arguing for his client's rights, securing hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements.
