OTHER INGREDIENTS
400g bread flour.
125g all-purpose flour.
2 medium eggs.
3 tbsp sunflower oil.
30g ghee butter
10g sea salt.
2tbsp honey .
1/2 cup low-fat milk 1% .
20 balls of 69.
Tray dimensions 17,1/2 long ,13 wide, 1 1/2 high .
