• 1 can black beans (rinsed & drained)
• 1 can corn (rinsed & drained)

Mix all ingredients and chill before serving with tortilla chips.

• 1 package tortellini (or ½ box pasta of choice)
• 2 heads romaine lettuce (chopped)

• Caesar dressing
