Hello Pilates lovers,
I made a video a combination of Pilates and Physical therapy treatment to ease knee pain with swelling, Osteoarthritis or weakness. This is an Easy Pilates and Physical Therapy Exercises At Home For Knee PainThe possible culprit is your Quadriceps muscles that causes patellar tracking that places and shifts your Patella (knee cap ) out of alignment due to weakness. I made 4 easy to follow exercises utilizing a soft ball or pillow.
These are 4 easy gentle stretches and strengthening to Fix your knee pain. I will demonstrate and discuss the anatomy of the knee the stretching and strengthening.
This video is about a treatment plan stretching, strengthening supine (lying on your back) and side lying positions. If some of the positioning is too difficult, then do only those that you could tolerate.
