A few weeks ago I did an "oatmeal" only style Mary's Mini diet and after I had so much fun with it I decided to go straight into the 50/50 plate method for maximum weight loss by Dr Mcdougal
I'm sharing today how my first week of my 30 day challenge went and spoiler-- I'm not perfect! But effort and consistency is what we aim for, not perfection!

My veggie broth:
save ALL my veggie scraps! I put them in the freezer in a large ziplock back when it's full, I dump them into a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil on my stove top! Once its boiling, I reduce to low and cook for 1-4 hours, just depending on how deep of flavor you'd like! I add seasonings and let cool. I store it in recycled jars in my fridge for up to 1 week otherwise I'll store it in my freezer for up to 6 months
Must make sauce:
3 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp agave
1 tbsp bbq sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 squeezed lemon
3 tbsp garlic
