In this final episode of the Letting Go travel series, we hike through the misty Cathedral Spires, attempt (and fail) to join a cave tour at Wind Cave and Jewel Cave, and face a final test of patience as crowds and rain alter our plans to summit Black Elk Peak.

But instead of forcing the adventure, we embrace the unexpected — choosing to dive into the familiar landscapes of the Badlands one last time before heading home.
