This is Day 1 of my challenge “50 Days to Dream Body” — and today we start with a workout for shoulders, back and core.
During this challenge we will train every day with short but effective workouts to tone the body, improve posture and feel stronger step by step.
Today’s workout includes:
— warm-up
— main workout
— cool down & stretching
You will need dumbbells.
Choose a weight that feels comfortable for you — approximately from 0.5 kg to 2 kg, or heavier/lighter depending on your level.
This workout will help you:
✔ strengthen shoulders
✔ tone your back
✔ activate core muscles
✔ improve posture
✔ feel your body working from Day 1
The workout is only 15 minutes, but very effective — perfect if you want to stay consistent and build your dream body with me.
