Hi Ladies, I'm here to provide you with pregnancy upper body stretching and upper body workout for the 1st trimester. Make sure you've got doctor permission and you’re feeling well. Stop between rounds until your breath is stabilazed.
This workout is for arms and abs, so you can combine it with other body parts the next days.
