Filmed during the Thursday Gainey Group Ride where the main effort is composed of 5 hills up on the Hidden Hills neighborhood. We ride very early in the morning (5:30am start) so very little traffic and the ride gathers between 30 to 60 riders year-round, including cyclists/triathletes from all levels and abilities.
Normalized power for the main effort: 293w (4,8w/kg).
Weight on ride morning: 134 lbs (roughly 61kg)
