Cake Flour or
All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 Packet
Vanilla Powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup butter milk( if you can't find butter milk, just add one tbsp vinegar to. 1 cup whole or 2% milk and wait for 5 minutes)
1 1/2 tbsp red food coloring

8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 cup mascarpone
1 cup. +2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
