Train with Carole in this 15 Minute high-intense fat burn workout, start sweating, burning tons of calories, and most important just having fun while doing this.
There are only 2 rounds, consisting of 10 exercises each and of course a finisher at the end. Each exercise goes on for 20 seconds and you will have 10 seconds rest afterward.
You want to burn some more calories? Feel free to challenge yourself and try to do more than one round.
There is no equipment needed, all you need is to get yourself motivated. Push yourself beyond your limits, it is always worth it, because you will feel amazing afterward.
And most important always stay for the finisher!
