Train with us in this 20 minute high-intense fat burn workout, start sweating, burn calories, and most important just having fun while doing this.
This workout consists of 5 rounds and 5 exercises. Add one new exercise each round.
Round 1 - Exercise A
Round 2 - Exercise A, B
Round 3 - Exercise A, B, C
Round 4 - Exercise A, B, C, D
Round 5 - Exercises A, B, C, D, E
Perform each exercise for 1 minute. Rest 10 seconds between exercises and 30 seconds between rounds.
Exercise A - Pop squats
Exercise B - Jumping Jacks
Exercise C - Squat and Reach
Exercise D - High Knees
Exercise E - Mountain Climbers
There is no equipment needed, all you need is to get yourself motivated. Push yourself beyond your limits, it is always worth it, because you will feel amazing afterward.
