Follow along with me while I guide you through the 3 best hip exercises for pain relief and stability.
This hip routine combines 2 hip strengthening exercises with 1 hip stretch to target the most common causes for hip pain so you can start feeling relief. You'll also most likely feel relief in the low back and knee as well!
Exercise #1 Pro Tip! Gently press the inside of you knee that is resting on the yoga block (or other stable surface) and keep contact during the entire exercise.
For best results, complete this hip routine for the next 14 days and then you can reduce to 2-3x per week for maintenance.
