This video is an entire pelvic floor and sacrum health routine.
We start with pelvic floor physical therapy exercises (or therapeutic exercises) and end with two myofascial release techniques for the pelvic floor and sacrum.
The combination of using therapeutic exercises with myofascial release techniques truly targets what needs to be addressed in order to build strength while releasing pain.
All you'll need is a pillow and TheraBall - if you don't have a TheraBall you can use a loosely knotted washcloth or small towel.
The pillow is for your preference to put under your head for the exercises done lying face up or under your low belly to support the low back when doing techniques lying face down.
