GET YOUR BODY BAR AND SOME SPACE AND GET READY TO SWEAT! In this full body weighted body bar workout we will go through some great compound exercises that work on strengthening, toning, and sculpting our bodies while burning calories. Each exercise is 45 seconds with a 20 second with a total of 15 mins. Take your time on the exercise and move with intent. Make sure to warm up before starting this routine and do a cool down stretch routine when you are done. You will get stronger over time and it will feel GREAT.
