monday - leg workout (glutes +quads) 🔥:
barbell squats
bulgarian split squats
leg press (not shown in video)
quad extensions (not shown in video)
tuesday - push day:
seated dumbbell shoulder press
incline dumbbell press
shoulder lateral raises
chest flyes
cable single arm lateral raises
...core circuit:
weighted marches
30s planks
leg lifts
deadhangs (20s-30s)
repeat 3-4 times
wednesday - back day 🏋🏾:
banded pullups
conventional deadlifts
barbell rows
lat pulldowns (not shown in video)
low bar row on machine
single arm cable lat pulldowns (not shown in video)
