This breath is a wonderful way to get to know your own breathing capacity and to expand it. It is great to help calm and chill the nervous system, and that in turn lowers blood pressure and heart rate.
This practice is suitable for everyone and can be practiced before meditation or yoga and also in times when you need to step back and regroup.
