Welcome to your Pilates sculpt class. This Sculpt is one of my go-to classes that moves through the Classic Balance Body moves in this flow, perfect if you want to get used to Pilates movements, and get a full body workout that makes you feel amazing after!
Tip: Add some extra ankle weights if you want a little more challenge.
Level
Suitable for Intermediate Pilates ladies. If you're a beginner looking to improve, give it a go and make sure to take any modifications that you need.
P.S. It’s perfect for the second half of your cycle (Luteal phase). While it's best suited for the first half of your luteal phase, you can also enjoy it in the second half if you're feeling strong.
