1 ripe avocado
160 g (2/3 cup) 0% Greek yogurt
60 ml (1/4 cup) low-fat milk
1 tsp honey
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt & pepper, to taste
Wraps:
6 large burrito wraps (low cal)
Instructions:
1. Prepare eggs (no salt yet)
2. Brown beef in hot pan
3. Add spices + tomatoes
4. Scramble eggs gently
5. Make avocado sauce
6. Fill, roll, bake, store
