牛奶 120ML
植物油 1/3杯
中筋麵粉 1¼杯
泡打粉 2小匙
鹽 1/4小匙
糖 1/2杯
香草精 1小匙
【奶酥材料】
冷奶油 60g
中筋麵粉1/2杯
黃砂糖 1/2杯
肉桂粉 1小匙

【Ingredients for muffins】
2 Apples
1 Egg, room temperature
120ml Milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1¼ cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract

【Ingredients for crumble】
60g Butter, cold
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
