I’m using a 1/4 lb rope for this session to keep the pace fast while maintaining control and endurance. The goal isn’t speed — it’s finishing. Stay locked in, count your jumps, and don’t stop until you hit 2,000.
Perfect for a quick cardio blast by the pool, at home, or anywhere you’ve got space to move. This challenge builds stamina, coordination, and mental discipline in one focused session.
