Through mindful movement and intentional transitions, we’ll build strength in the legs and core, open the hips and gently mobilise the spine. The focus is on moving with awareness, staying connected to the breath and cultivating a sense of stability that feels supportive rather than forced.
This practice is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your inner strength, the kind that feels calm, rooted and sustainable.
