Join me for Day 20 of our 21-day Pilates Challenge!
This challenge is all about showing up for yourself and making time for yourself each day, for 21 days. I want to show you the incredible effect that daily movement has on your body and mind. This class is for all ages and levels.
This class uses a set light ankle weights (mine are 0.5kg each) and a set of light dumbbells (mine are 2 kg each) however, feel free to go without if you don't own any.
